The factory is located in a provincial-level economic development zone in Anhui Province, covering an area of 28,000 square meters. We strictly implement the 6S on-site management system and are equipped with a temperature- and humidity-controlled raw material warehouse as well as a Class 100,000 cleanroom. With our own in-house laboratory, we conduct comprehensive testing on every batch of products-covering wear resistance, peel strength, color fastness, and formaldehyde emissions-to ensure 100% product compliance.

The daily processing capacity of PVC raw materials reaches 30 tons, ensuring stable and controllable delivery of large orders.
