Stepping up to the 18"x18" format, our cork-backed tile delivers the same acoustic and comfort benefits with a larger footprint that reduces installation joints. This size strikes an optimal balance between coverage efficiency and ease of handling – each tile weighs approximately 20% less per square meter than larger formats, making it easier for installers to maneuver in tight spaces. The cork layer provides a 12–15 dB reduction in impact noise, which translates to noticeably quieter spaces in corporate offices, boutique hotels, and residential towers. Our production line uses German-engineered cutting equipment to ensure every tile is perfectly square, with dimensional tolerance within ±0.2mm. The cork backing is thermally fused to the PVC core, eliminating the need for additional adhesives that can off-gas volatile compounds. We test each batch for peel strength and formaldehyde emissions – consistently below 0.005 mg/m³, meeting ENF grade. Fire performance meets GB 8624 B1 (B-s1) with critical heat flux above 11.0 kW/m².
