Noise pollution is a growing concern in modern buildings, and our 18"x18" tiles are engineered specifically to tackle this challenge with a built-in sound-absorbing layer that significantly reduces impact noise from footsteps and dropped objects. These tiles are ideal for hotels, libraries, recording studios, and high-end apartments where peace and quiet are essential. They do not sacrifice style for function – our advanced printing technology delivers beautiful wood or stone visuals, so you get both acoustic performance and aesthetic appeal in one product. We call this range Acoustic LVT, and it has been developed after two years of R&D working with acoustic consultants.

We manufacture this product in our 18-mu factory with rigorous quality protocols. Monthly capacity for this specialized line reaches 200,000 sqm, and we have supplied acoustic flooring to several flagship hotel projects in Southeast Asia. Every batch is tested for peel strength, wear resistance, and – crucially – sound insulation. Environmental credentials are top-tier: formaldehyde <0.005 mg/m³ (ENF), fire rating B1 with critical heat flux >11.0 kW/m². We also ensure Acoustic LVT meets REACH and RoHS, so it is safe for schools and healthcare. With 12 years of experience and partnerships with global brands, we offer a 15-year warranty on every order.
