We produce this tile on our German-automated line, ensuring perfectly squared corners and a flat surface for tight joints. We have fine-tuned the adhesive bonding between the PVC wear layer and the acoustic backing – no delamination, no bubbling. It meets ENF formaldehyde limits (<0.005 mg/m³) and B1 fire standards (critical heat flux >11.0 kW/m², smoke 24.77%×min). It is also phthalate-free, making it safe for all indoor environments.
