The walnut grain is reproduced using low-VOC inks that capture the intense contrast between dark brown heartwood and paler sapwood, creating the visual depth that makes walnut such a desirable species for high-end interiors. A luxury apartment tower in Manhattan specified this plank for all 180 units, and the developer noted that it was the first time they had found a dark-shade sustainable LVT that met their quality standards.

The challenge with dark LVT is that surface imperfections show more readily than on lighter floors. We address this through a densified wear layer that resists micro-scratching, along with a proprietary anti-static treatment that reduces dust attraction – a feature particularly valued by property managers in urban environments. Our factory produces this plank with a monthly capacity of 200,000 square metres, and every batch is tested for peel strength and formaldehyde emissions, consistently below 0.005 mg/m³. Fire performance meets GB 8624 B1 (B-s1) with critical heat flux above 11.0 kW/m².
