These planks feature high-definition wood-grain printing with up to 12 individual color stations, creating visual depth that mimics natural timber at a fraction of the cost. The glue-down installation method provides permanent adhesion that prevents shifting or buckling – a common issue with floating floors in high-traffic areas. We have supplied over 5 million square meters of stick down vinyl flooring planks to projects worldwide, including major retail chains and educational institutions that require long-term durability.
Our factory produces these planks using Taiwanese four-roll calenders that ensure consistent thickness across the entire roll, reducing waste during installation. Each batch is sampled every two hours to test wear layer thickness, peel strength, and color consistency. Formaldehyde emissions are consistently below 0.005 mg/m³, meeting ENF grade, and fire performance meets GB 8624 B1 (B-s1) with critical heat flux above 11.0 kW/m². The wear layer is rated EN 660-2 Grade T, meaning it withstands heavy rolling loads and high foot traffic. Dry back or self-adhesive backing available. MOQ is 1,000 square meters per color, with single-color first orders accepted. Custom sample development takes 1–3 months with regular photo updates. Free samples are provided, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Packaging & Shipping
Packed on export pallets with corner guards and a protective top cover. Cartons can be custom printed with your branding and shipping marks. FOB terms with 30% deposit and 70% balance for standard orders, or 60% deposit and 40% balance for custom orders. USD accepted. Volume discounts for orders exceeding 5,000 square meters per color with at least three colors per shipment.
