The plank size of 6"x36" offers the classic wood-look aesthetic while the added thickness gives a more substantial feel underfoot and extends the product's service life. Each plank is produced with a high-wear layer that resists scratches, stains, and scuffs, ensuring the floor maintains its appearance even in the busiest settings. We call this product lvt glue flooring, and its heavy-duty construction has made it the preferred choice for facility managers worldwide.

Our factory has over 12 years of experience in manufacturing heavy-duty LVT, and we have supplied this product to numerous commercial projects both domestically and internationally. We run a 6S-managed workshop with a dust-free purification system, and our raw materials are stored in climate-controlled warehouses to ensure consistency. Every batch is tested in our own laboratory for peel strength, wear layer thickness, and formaldehyde emissions – consistently below 0.005 mg/m³, meeting ENF grade. Fire performance meets GB 8624 B1 (B-s1) with critical heat flux above 11.0 kW/m². We also comply with REACH and RoHS, ensuring our lvt glue flooring is free from harmful substances. With a monthly capacity of 200,000 square meters and a 15-year warranty, we are confident in the long-term performance of this product.
