Aug 07, 2026
1. Substrate Preparation: Grind, repair, and remove dust from the substrate based on its condition;
2. Vinyl Ester Primer: Mix the vinyl ester resin with the appropriate proportions of accelerator and curing agent, then apply a thin skim coat to the substrate to enhance surface adhesion;
3. Fiberglass Cloth Laying: Lay the fiberglass cloth flat and bond it to the floor using the prepared vinyl ester intermediate coat; use a trowel to smooth and evenly distribute the material (apply 1–3 layers as required);
4. Vinyl Ester Intermediate Coat: Apply one or two uniform coats of the prepared vinyl ester intermediate material using a trowel;
5. Vinyl Ester Topcoat: Apply a uniform coat of the prepared vinyl ester topcoat using a trowel; upon completion, the floor should be glossy, clean, and uniform in color, with no hollow spots;
6. Completion: Allow 24 hours before foot traffic and 72 hours before exposure to heavy loads (based on 25°C; allow longer times for lower temperatures);
7. Maintenance.
