Sheet Flooring
Sheet flooring is manufactured using PVC resin as the primary raw material, combined with appropriate additives, through a coating process applied to a continuous sheet substrate. It is categorized into two types: foam-backed PVC sheet flooring and compact-backed PVC sheet flooring.
Sheet flooring is packaged by rolling the material-with the wear layer facing outward-onto a core and enclosing it in a corrugated cardboard box. Each roll or box must be labeled with the product name, manufacturer name, production date, batch number, grade, color, quantity, and weight. During transport, the material must be protected from impact, direct sunlight, and rain. Indoor storage areas must be well-ventilated and dry, and the flooring must be kept at least 1 meter away from heat sources. Sheet flooring should be stacked vertically.
Tile Flooring
Tile flooring is manufactured using PVC and its copolymer resins as the primary raw materials, combined with fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants, and other additives, through calendering, extrusion, or compression molding processes. It comes in two types: multi-layer and homogeneous. Available specifications include: 300mm×300mm, 303mm×303mm, 305mm×305mm, 457.2mm×457.2mm, 300mm×600mm, 152.4mm×914.4mm, 600mm×600mm, and 1000mm×1000mm; thicknesses include 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, and 3.0mm.
