PVC Flooring Installation
1. After removing the existing flooring, a self-leveling compound must be applied to the subfloor.
2. The self-leveling surface must be flat; when checked with a 2-meter straightedge, the gap must not exceed 2mm.
3. The self-leveling surface must be smooth and free of excessive roughness or porosity.
4. The subfloor must be dry prior to installation.
5. When installing flooring on stair treads, adhesive must be applied to the entire surface without any missed spots.
6. During installation, both external and internal corners must form a precise 90-degree angle to ensure a high-quality finish.
7. The installed flooring must show no signs of delamination or edge curling.
8. Seams between flooring sections must be flush and level.
Anti-slip Strip Installation
1. Anti-slip strips must be installed securely, with no warping or curling.
2. The height of any anti-slip strips protruding above the floor surface must be uniform.
3. Anti-slip strips must be installed straight and parallel to the edge of the stair tread, with a linear deviation of less than 2mm.
4. Anti-slip strips must be consistent across all stair treads.
